"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. "A few months ago my rental house had a flood due to a clogged drain outside the lower floor door resulting in an inch or two of water into the living space and carpeted areas including a couple bedrooms of the tenants. Even though we had steam cleaned and set up dehumidifiers I wanted to be sure there were no unseen issues so I contacted Moisture Solutions. They came out the next day and tested and sure enough, even though there were no visible signs of mold or damage, the spore count was well above the acceptable levels. They explained the results and the different options and incremental steps that might need to be taken. After a good cleaning of all the rooms they came out again and fogged the house and had HEPA filter fans running for several days.
