They started vacuuming up the old insulation and during the process I was shown pictures of the clean attic floor and informed what room they would be working on next. They sealed around all the openings in the attic to the HVAC vents, plumbing pipes, etc. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I had pest control guy tell me my attic insulation had to be replaced. The rep, Guy, told me that wasn't what I needed. He told me that replacement the attic insulation would not solve my rats. He gave me names of good pest controls. Guy said to contact them before spending thousands of dollars for rats in my attic. Thank you Guy."
