Trent came to my home two times prior to countertop installation to measure counter tops and to create form. The end product is perfectly installed 3 cm granite countertops. I could not have asked for a smoother installation. I would highly recommend this company for granite counter tops to anyone. "Louis and Glen are the best. They did a full remodel on our master bedroom and bathroom. This included turning flat ceiling into cathedral ceiling, new drywall and insulation, new wood and tile flooring, full closet reworking, new tub and sink, new bath tile, new windows, new mini-split a/c unit, new light fixtures, and new exterior siding. He gave us a timeframe, and sure enough, the project was finished up within that timeframe. No delays, no excuses. All the work is extremely high quality. We told Louis what we wanted, and he worked with us to make decisions that were reasonable for our space and within our price range. If one of our ideas wouldn't work, he'd take the time to explain why. He never tried to push us to anything more expensive than we wanted. He works with excellent electricians (Ray and Francis), excellent painters, excellent sheetrock guys, and excellent frameless shower installers. Throughout the work, Louis kept telling us that all he wanted for us was to have something that would be special for our family. That's exactly what he gave us. After the big bathroom/bedroom remodel, we've gone back to him again for an additional shower installation, some electrical work, and even some roofing. I would trust Louis with any project. Unlike other contractors that we spoke to, Louis is extremely responsive, punctual, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. Most contractors are flaky. Not Louis. He's easy to get a hold of, and he'll be there when he says he'll be there. If he does work for you, you will be his priority."

"We are very pleased with the work Patrick and his crew completed for us. Patrick was very accommodating to some significant changes in project scope, made some great suggestions to help us make critical decisions, and was responsive to all requests. His crew was prompt, courteous and professional, and they did a good job of cleaning up when finished at the end of each day. They did thier work quickly and efficiently, and Patrick was very good about communicating with us all during the work. When it came time to settle up, the price was very fair, and I appreciate the manner in which his business is conducted. If we need a contractor in the future, we will not hesitate to use Patrick again, and do not feel the need to get other bids."

"The project went very smoothly from beginning to end. Problems were handled quickly and efficiently. Jason (owner) arrived on time for the estimate, made suggestions when I told him what we wanted, and told us when to expect an estimate (by email). I was very impressed with his knowledge and his manner.  He explained everything clearly  including the possibility that a handicapped shower we wanted might not fit. I agreed to look at other possibilities. <br />      Estimate arrived on time and, because I was impressed with Jason and how he said the job would be handled, we gave him the job. When they arrived to begin working I explained that I had a very anxious dog that did not like strangers and that I would be leaving her when I left during the day. The crew assured me that they would watch out for dog and make sure she stayed in the house. After being there for a day and watching, I knew they would watch out for the dog. I was also impressed with the clean-up each day. It was great--you would never know they had been there. I had heard horror stories about remodeling but I was so impressed. We didn't even have any dust when the new Sheetrock was installed!  <br />      The whole job took three weeks-just what was projected.  David did most of it by himself and he did a wonderful job.If he didn't have something he needed he would go get it so no time would be lost.  He even had time to do a few added jobs-like installing a new garbage disposal.  The enormous molded handicapped shower was installed with lots of maneuvering and effort but it was installed beautifully.  Jason called us with any changes to the estimate so that we were not surprised when the final bill came. <br />      This job was handled  professionally and the crew was great--David even made friends with my dog! I will definitely use this company again!"

"A very good experience even when we ran into some problems. Showroom is nothing to get excited about, but we selected our stone and got a competitive estimate. Nice folks who asked lots of good questions to make sure we were making the right decisions. They followed up after the install to take care of 2 or 3 minor dents and dings, and some excess glue. The reason they were not an A overall was the fact they messed up on one of the corners in fabrication. While they agreed to fix it after the install, my wife and I simply could not tolerate the mess that would be made grinding down the corner. They should have caught this in the shop. By the way, I have already used them a second time, so I felt pretty good about the experience. I would use them again and have recommended them."

"Where do we begin. Our builder recommended Performance Tile and Marble and gave us an allowance to work with. From A to Z, everything was simply perfect. As anyone who has had to pick out tile knows, it can be overwhelming. Gina and Cherie were a blessing to work with and we actually ended up going with some selections they picked, after they knew what our granite and wall colors were going to be. You can tell after just a few minutes of being there that everyone takes pride in their work and boy, does it show. Not just in everyone's knowledge but the craftsmanship is second to none. The work was done on time, under budget (which allowed us to upgrade the backsplash) and everyone who has come to visit has had nothing but compliments. Will be recommending them to everyone we know !!! <br />"

"The company had the flooring that I wanted in stock. They provided samples, pictures, and a lot of useful info to help me decide on the flooring and to help in talking to installers about how to best install and finish the flooring, though they did not refer me to any local installers. Once we decided on an installer and were ready to go, we had a fairly tight timeline, which we made clear. The purchase process was easy, but unfortunately our flooring was not picked up at the warehouse on schedule for two days running, and no one notified us -- I had to call the company and get my contact to look into what was happening with our order. They provided a couple of options, and fortunately my installer was able to pick up the flooring at a local terminal, instead of us loosing several days of acclimation time over a long holiday weekend when no deliveries would be made. A lot of calls and emails were exchanged, but they did stay on top of things this time and made sure we got our flooring. The flooring was beautiful, excellent quality and very dry so that the needed acclimation time was minimized. Our installer was very happy with the quality also and the floors look amazing. While the material was not inexpensive by any means, we feel that is was really worth the investment in our home, and would be surprised if anyone else would have supplied as high a quality product for a lower price. Moreover, though it did take some time on my part, basically acting as a GC, finding and hiring an installer, materials, and making sure the material got to us, based on an initial quote we got, we believe we saved at least 25% of the total project over contracting with a local installer to handle everything."

"After making contact with Haplin's, they sent the installer back to remove the glue spots and footprints. They had to replace a piece of transition molding and the floor looks great. <br /> Thank you."

"The product was beautiful but here is the thing that I did not like, I did the wood work. The oval for the sink I think was not oval enough and it wasn’t perfect and it was tilted. On the instillation, when they put the splash up, they used a silicone and they soothe the silicone out and it got into the pores of the sand stones and it changed the color slightly. So if I would do business with them? I would but I would be very careful to point out that I want it done this way and if you can’t do it this way don’t tell me you can."
