Besim took the time to understand the scope of the many repair projects that needed to happen, and clarified where necessary in advance. His painter was very meticulous and left no unwanted marks, mess, or stray paint. They both cleaned up the various work areas afterward. Throughout the work there was no ambiguity about what the work entailed, which can otherwise be a concern when the contractor doesn't take the time to understand the needs.
