They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. We purchased separately the materials, appliances, cabinets, knobs, tiles, backsplash, countertop and lighting fixtures etc. From the beginning of our interaction with Salvador we liked that he was responsive, flexible with design changes and transparent about his work. Over the course of the project, Salvador presented all the receipts for any additional materials he purchased, he explained how all materials were used, he told us the plan for the next work day, he sent pictures of his daily progress, and he was easy to coordinate deliveries of appliances and cabinetry such that there were no missed appointments! On a few instances when specific aspects of the project came out different than expected, Salvador made the adjustments we wanted even if that meant that he had to re-do a day’s work.
