AGS came in and cleaned the floor and that got the grout back to about half good and then they stained the grout lines and that brought back the original color and the floor is gorgeous. "It went great. I have used this company twice, both times just a one man operation (the owner) but he had his son with him that helps him during the summer. I move all the furniture out of the way for them, and leave the house (do work in the yard) and let them do their thing. It takes about an hour (1600sq ft  home)  and a bit longer to dry. Once its all finished it smells amazing, and the carpets feel softer.  <br /> We have 2 German Shepherds, and do our best to keep the carpets clean and vacuumed every day, but after a year they can get pretty oily from the dogs. It's nice to have the carpets cleaned once a year.  We have laminate flooring in most of the house now, but I will still be calling Gooses to clean the bedroom carpets every summer. <br />"
