"We had been looking for an irrigation system and we’re planning on the install in the Spring. We were trying to get quotes before Christmas so we could reserve an installation date next year. Some companies were already booking out to summer! I sent a web request for a quote and I received a call back about thirty minutes later! Gil was on-site and oversaw the entire install, teaching the trade and supervising. He walked me through the install and how the system works and then showed me how to shut it down. "Casey was extremely nice to work with. We had an issue with our water meter being incased in our driveway cement. He spoke with me off and on over the course of the fall and winter about potential options. We ended up breaking out a small patch of concrete ourselves due to cost instead of having the water company add another meter. However, Stephens Irrigation put a control box near our driveway in the yard so we could re-pour the patch of our driveway and they wouldn't need access in the future. After install, the other owner went through all the options on the control panel so we could operate the system. <br />"
