I had new floors installed. To be honest, there was a problem with how the upstairs bathroom floor was installed. I was not happy and after they looked at the job, they agreed with me. New materials were ordered and installed perfectly within several weeks. I think that is what impresses me about this company. So many times contractors blow off an older woman. I've been treated so poorly by other companies. Not this company. When there was a problem with that flooring, they wanted to make things right and have me be satisfied.
