They will be putting on my wood paneling with composite so no more painting, mold or replacing. "I have a small home. We first contracted to put a metal roof on. We signed a contract for 12,000.00. Kodiak csme back and stated they couldn't do it for that as they calculated wrong. Real smooth talkers. We agreed to shingles, at 13,500.00. They roofers came and changed the shingles but NEVER changed the flashing, drip edge, or filled the open spaces on the roof,they just put felt paper over, and shingles. I still have the original leaks, and the roof is only about 6 years old and it is already starting to sag in all the open spaces under the felt and shingles. They wouldn't respond to us after the job was finished. Consequently my bathroom is molding from the ceiling where water is coming in. My biggest regret is I didn't sue them as I didn't know about the flashing and drip edge until later, where the leak was coming from by a different roofing company since Kodiak wouldn't respond."
