They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. They "reset" the hearth, added the necessary materials, climbed a 30 foot ladder in 20 degree weather to check my chimney and provided a very detailed after-action report along with photos to give to my HOA for repairs. Even with the different issues we experienced with the vendor products he kept his composure and worked with us on timing as we waiting for new parts to be delivered. After the work was complete I can't believe that we ever functioned in this home with only two bathrooms. Working from home was never anything I ever imagined but to now have a full bathroom in the basement right across from my office has been extremely convenient.
