"Big thank you to Fermin and the team at West Coast, they were amazing! They went above and beyond. We have a flat portion of our roof, which is apparently more difficult to install, and it was hard to find a company that would do it. They not only did it, but added slope to it for us so that it's not a flat roof anymore. So awesome! They put on a new roof, vents, and gutters, painted our outside trim, and did a great job with all of the woodwork that was rotting and had to be replaced. But above all, they were friendly, flexible and very reasonable. We will definitely call on them again if we have any roofing or painting jobs"

"My experience with Aylwin Construction was 5 stars. They did the job in just three days and added copper-beaded shingles for moss control for only $100 more. Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished. Hood, new gutter systems, and full roof replacements and repairs. Multi-million-dollar Multi-Family jobs have been completed Professionally and on time without fail. Aylwin their own fleet of dumpsters and roof cranes that protect the property, speed up projects, and reduce on-the-job injuries. From the reasonably competitive bid, to the education about proper roof ventilation and steps to improve the longevity of the new roof, to the roof installation, everything went very well. The roofers did a quality job, kept me informed of their progress, followed proper safety measures and left the site immaculate at the end. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roofwork."

"Jon and his crew came highly recommended from our friends and neighbors, and they are the best contractors I've ever worked with. We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. His rates are by far the best we've seen, and he's just naturally a gregarious guy and an obvious good person who will do whatever it takes for his customers. That's the kind of contractor I want on my side and I cannot recommend him enough."
