When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. "I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. Installation of beautiful Brazilian Quartz counter tops with no seams, glass back splash, new electrical switches, new designer cook top hood, dishwasher and microwave. Repair to weather damaged doors and full replacement of gutters and an amazing "Cool Coat" exterior paint finish. We recently replaced the double ovens and the commercial refrigerator.
