"We contacted Eugene at Exterior Barrier LLC to repair weather (and some dry rot) damage to Hardie board siding on our 25-year-old house. Eugene's diagnosis and estimate of work to be done was thorough, easy for us to understand and reasonably priced. The work done was exceptional and included recalking the entire house. The crew was highly skilled, professional, courteous and kept us informed at every step. All was cleaned up at the end of each day's work. Eugene is an awesome contractor, and even with cold rain and gorge winds, the work was completed sooner than we expected. I can highly recommend Eugene and Exterior Barrier. They were great and their work earned more than 5 stars."

"Fred was very responsive to come and make a bid. Another firm also looked at the project and said they don't do partial siding but would give me a bid. They never did. The work was done well and timely and I am satisfied with the result. Fred was friendly, professional, and respectful to me. I definitely recommend LADA Enterprise and would use them again."

"Dry Rot Solutions mobilized the same day to perform their survey and estimate. Work started just a couple days later which was a relief getting in front of poor weather. We’re very happy with the work performed the siding of our home. Would absolutely hire DRS in the future. Thank you Foster and team!"

"Everything I want in a contractor. Very responsive, on time, excellent quality work, and reasonable price. I highly recommend them. They did replacement siding and painting of the new siding."

"Josh was wonderful to work with. He repaired and rotten deck and made it safe again. Thanks for a great job! MaryP in Milwaukie."

"Fresh Start are very professional, courteous, and do excellent work. We had some rotting wood along our fascia board that needed replacing and then painted, along with the soffit board. We appreciate that when Carlos first came out to give us a bid his communication was clear and he did not try to give us a hard sell like some other companies were doing. We highly recommend them!"

"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"Golden Hawk was one of several contractors referred to us for consideration. We considered three. Miguel was the first to respond. He did a complete review of issues identified in a home inspection, discussed them thoroughly with us and followed up the same day with an estimate for making repairs. He demonstrated the best grasp of the issues and we immediately trusted him to do a professional job. He not only did everything to complete the project, he went beyond expectations and never asked for anything beyond the estimate we had originally received. Whether getting repairs or a full replacement of a roof, we will definitely contract with Golden Hawk for any future work within their service area. We highly recommend Miguel and Golden Hawk. Jerry M."
