"I looked here in Angie's List for a handyman or repair company or individual who could do the repairs requested uy the buyer of my house after the initial inspection. I called Dender Company and Mr. Dender personally came and made the estimate. He was very professional. He subcontracted the siding, roof and ceiling repairs, and the patching, wall repair and painting of the holes left by a wall mounted TV was done by one of his employees. All of them did an excellent job and I did not have any problem with the re-inspection. The estimate was accurate, I didn't have any "surprises" when the job was finished.
