"I did not hire Knee s electrical service because I was quoted for a 22 KW generator at $11,000. I had a suspicion that I did not really need that much for what I was wanting but planned to get three quotes before I hired someone for the project. There were two men sent out to my home. They stood in the kitchen and plugged information into a tablet with a generator sizing tool on it and told me I needed the 22 kw. They did not look around the house, or explain anything to me about how the process worked. I ended up going with another company who was very communicative and informative and purchased a 16 kw generator and with installation and everything it was $6570.68. I feel comfortable with my decision to go with the other company and would not recommend Knee s electrical service for a whole home generator installation."

I received a call Tuesday morning saying he could come out today. He was very thorough with checking all the components of the tub and explaining evertything as he was doing his thing. Unfortunately my dad crossed the wires and forgot to hook up a few others. About an hour and a half later, I had a fully functioning hot tub. He even took the time to explain to me how to clean and properly care for my spa since it is my first one. I will definitely give Joe a call for any future hot tub needs.
