"My propane gas dryer was not heating. The first appliance repair service I contacted came two 'techs ' in an unmarked vehicle, with no proper ID or company documentation with them. All they did was check the outside air flow lent vent and said the air flow was fine. They didn't check anything else. They just quickly claimed I had a burned out heat sensor, but they had no parts with them, but charged me $100 just for the service call. This was all much too suspecious to me! <br /> They said they'd order the part and come back in a few days to repair my dryer. Their estimate for the part and repair was over $200. I was right. They turned out to be crooked, scamming frauds. Once they left I canceled my credit card charges and reported them to the authorities. <br /> I remembered seeing the Nohel Appliance Pro truck around our local area, so I called and made an appt. Mike was prompt, courteous, and professional, with vehicle signage and proper ID. When I explained what had happened, he immediately went outside and checked my lent vent air flow, having me place my hand in front of the vent, proving the crooks had lied. There was hardly any air coming out. Mike said that the problem is coming from the air flow hose, probably clogged with lent, which can be a very dangerous fire hazard. <br /> There was nothing wrong with my dryer. I took some extra business cards and told my neighbors if they ever needed an appliance repair service, to please use Nohel Appliance Pro. I won't ever call anyone else. I have used Mike's service two more times since and rate Mike, Nohel Appliance Pro an A+ every time!"
