Without blinking an eye with the add on that I requested thru out my project; he never gave an unreasonable price for any of the work but most importantly didn't overextend the timeframe. His crew came out and did a exceptional job in a timely fashion. We ordered a massive natural 6ft stone step for our front porch which three other companies estimated that it couldn't be done due to the concrete foundation having the potential to crack.
