"His crew was all mexicans who didn?t speak English. Kevin left and I couldn?t understand the crew. They broke 2 garden lights. They buried my garden bricks (the bottom row) I?ll never be able to get them up. There?s pile of cement by the front door. I found the cracks 1 large 2 hairline. I have contacted this man 6 times with no return call. I contacted the BBB and ICE for his crew.. I told him on answering machine. He texted me back and said he was sorry. But nothing is down with the cracks. I couldn?t send pictures cause ?Upload photos? it sai the file was too big. I?ll try one picture at a time."

"The experience started off great. They made me feel like they cared about our project. The first year I noticed some small cracks here there I figure the concrete was settling. They said they come look at it after the first winter they never showed up. After the second year it started crumbling or concrete started turning to sand. I reached out to make contact with them they replied one time to me but never followed up I kept continuing to call finally I made a post on our local Facebook page and the gentleman reached out to me promise he'd come take a look in the spring spring came and never received any type of contact back. Now just 4 years later my walkway looks worse than the one I replaced. My driveway turns more and more to sand and the investment that's supposed to last me over 20 some years I doubt is going to make it to 10. Concrete is supposed to be an investment they were not the cheapest company to go with and I can't believe I wasted the money. "

"5 Star was prompt, I didn't have to worry about them not showing up. My experience with this company was 1st the bathroom vanities were ordered the wrong size because he assumed they were a standard size instead of measuring, and I felt like he was trying to convince me to like them, however, new ones were ordered. I remember in the conversation about the vanities, that he said I was to blame also because he sent me pictures, still after the fact that they were already ordered. 2nd the clean up is not to my liking, I am not sure if drop cloths were used, but it didn't seem like it, there was a extra trash can that came from somewhere and I told him that it was not mine, and he asks am I sure. I know what is mine or not. 3rd, I had a puppy bowl that they took upon themselves to use to put what I guess drywall mud in. Why are you using my belongings? There was paint or drywall mud tracked on the garage floor, the owner claimed that it wasn't from them, however, he did clean it."
