Damage was done to my sprinkler system and the repair took too long. However, Ground Control, after a helpful dialogue about the work and some deficiencies worked with us to get the job right. I did appreciate Doug's responsiveness and effort to correct problems. I'd be wary of recommending them for this kind of project to someone because of my initial experience. That being said, Ground Control demonstrated professionalism and an acumen for customer service in the last half of the project.
