"Saleslady came out to the house and was very professional and knowledgeable. <br /> Dale was the installer.  Very professional.  Kept us in the loop at all times about when the install would be done.  Worked with us on our schedule.  No problems at all. <br /> Door is exactly the one we wanted.  They didn't normally stock the older-fashioned design we wanted, but they were willing to find it and buy it for us. <br /> The only minor issues we had : <br /> 1.  We had told them in advance that one main reason we wanted to get a new door was that the old one wouldn't close all the way on its own.  The new one also had a problem with this.  The installer said "they are all that way... there is air being compressed between the two doors".   That differed from the saleslady's info. She said "No problem, we can solve that".  So the problem here was inconsistent expectation setting. <br /> 2.   Two days after installation, there was a minor dent in the door.  We don't know whether it was there when we got it.  It could have been our family members using a knee on it, since it was stronger to open/shut than the old one... that was what we had wanted.  So I won't assume the dent came with the door. <br /> <br />"

"I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. My kitchen use to be enclosed, making it, and the surrounding rooms, seem very small. However, once Morpho Carpentry opened it up by essentially taking half of two different walls down, the entire area feels so much more spacious. They also gave me more storage for me by adding lower cabinets and a breakfast bar (so I was able to get rid of my kitchen table) which provided even more space. I am so pleased with the work.
