Ramon came to survey the leaky roof the day that I called. He explained what needed to be done and gave me what I felt was a very reasonable written estimate within a day or two. He explained that they might find more damage once work commenced and it would cost more to repair. The crew started the work the day before Thanksgiving and worked throughout the holiday weekend to remove and replace four layers or shingles on my 1910 colonial. "they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

They also replace a lot of rotted wood, fascia and replaced the gutters. The team of roofers took three days to replace the roof and I couldn't be happier.
