"This was an emergency service call. Main water supply pipe from street to our house had failed. They responded to call within 45 minutes, evaluated issue, gave us price, Within another half hour equipment showed up. Staff was friendly professional and efficient. Start to finish from initial phone call to replaced main with running water re-established was just over 4 hours. Really impressive company with great customer service. Thank you!"

"I was very happy with Wind River's service. The woman who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was knowledgeable and clearly explained the process and what to expect. <br /> The service tech was very patient and answered all of my questions. I am a relatively new home owner and wanted to know everything that he was doing. <br /> The service tech told me about a product they offer for treating septic over the course of the year. I though he was moving in for the up-sell but then he said my system looked fine and he didn't think it was necessary. For that reason alone I will call them again next year. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"For months I've been having "gurgling" sounds in all bathroom fixtures when taking a shower. I replaced a leaking pipe, and the plumber (my cousin, very reputable) did not find any blockages. But he said if it continued he'd call New England Drain Service. He told me they were honest and very good at what they do. His main caution: "Do NOT call RotoRooter, they will charge two or three times as much." Well, it happened yesterday in a new and alarming manner, Couldn't remember the name, so I called my cousin, who called me back and said they would be here within the hour. And they were. The technician (?) did a GREAT job and was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Props to New England Drain Service. <br />"
