"This was a local move in Los Angeles, and overall the experience was solid. I?ll start with the good part ? the movers knew what they were doing. Furniture was wrapped properly, boxes were handled with care, and nothing arrived broken or scratched, which is the most important thing for me. There were a couple of small things that weren?t perfect. One box ended up in the wrong room at first, and I had to ask them to move it again. Also, the disassembly of the bed took a bit longer than I expected, which slowed things down slightly. Nothing major, just small delays. That said, once everything was unloaded, they took the time to make adjustments without complaining. They moved the couch twice so it fit better, tightened the bed frame after setup, and made sure the heavier items were placed safely.
