"This was my second use of Folkrod Plumbing in 3 weeks. The first event was a clogged main drain line. I am new to the area and picked Folkrod Plumbing based upon others reviews. I had a plumber at my door in less than 30 minutes after calling. The drain line was cleared within an hour. The plumber, Tavis, was professional, thorough, and pleasant. 3 weeks later, I discovered 2 leaks in my waterline. I contacted Folkrod Plumbing once again. I was pleasantly surprised when Tim arrived at my door as soon as he was finished with a previous appointment. Tavis once again arrived to handle the job. I asked if it would be possible to handle a few other plumbing issues while he was here. Tavis handled the leaks and all my other requests quickly and efficiently. It is obvious that Tavis enjoys his job, takes pride in his work, and he takes great care in leaving the area clean. I am a Folkrod customer for life."

"Nick was great! We had a pilot light that wouldn't stay lit. He first adjusted the thermocouple and got it going but, of course, it went out again after he left. He came right back and replaced the unit. He was very friendly and did a much more professional job than the plumber who installed the last one back in 2000. I wouldn't hesitate to call First Call again. <br>"
