"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"HIGHLY Recommend!! Shani and another woman from her team (sorry I don't remember her name!) came to our house last week and did an AMAZING job cleaning our 2bd/2ba condo. Shani mentioned on the phone that the service they'd be providing would be a regular cleaning service and not a "deep clean" though it was so thorough it looked and felt like a deep clean to me and my husband! WOW. They made our house sparkling clean in 2 hours and didn't miss a thing. We've had cleaners in the past not move items to dust (dusted around, ya know?) but not a surface was missed. "I called and spoke to Grace she was very friendly and scheduled Luis to give me a free estimate. Luis came and explained what could be done and the cost estimate of $800.00. This was the best cost estimate that I had received from all of the 7 companies I contacted. I went ahead and scheduled the work and everything went as planned. The end result was good and the price was exactly what Luis quoted... $800.00. I feel I made a good choice with this company. My only complaint if I can even call it that, is I received a courtesy call from Ava at Dry Master and she asked if I had anyone to do the repair work post remediation and if not, Dry Master could suggest something. But I never got any information from them after the job was completed. Overall, everything else was good."
