We were overwhelmed with where to start and didn't want to plant anything or install any hardscape that might interfere with our future plans for a pool.  We called Kirk and he called back promptly and scheduled an appointment to come out.  He got a feel for what we wanted and the style we were going for by asking questions, showing us pictures and even by observing the way we had remodeled/decorated the inside of our house.  We had a couple other people come out and it seemed like they were used to one style and one way of doing things and didn't ask a lot about the look we wanted.  After Kirk finished the hardscape plans we were so excited with the outcome we wanted to move right along with the lighting, drainage and plants.  Kirk encouraged us to "sit with the hardscape plans" to make sure we were happy with everything.  After a week we decided we wanted to switch the locations of the fireplace and bbq which was an option Kirk had mentioned when he presented us with the plans.  Instead of rushing through the process to collect a paycheck and move on to the next job, Kirk was more concerned with us taking our time to be extra sure we were satisfied with the plans. After we approved the hardscape plans Kirk finished the plant, drainage and lighting plants a week later. We could not be happier with the finished plans and really enjoyed working with Kirk.  He is a great listener, very knowledgeable and great at what he does.  I would highly recommend him to anyone."

"I had System Pavers come out to reset a paver on my steps that they installed last year. When the technician arrived I ask him to look at our patio pavers, that they install ten years ago, because the patio pavers were sinking and had become uneven because of the heavy rains we had this year. Ryan immediately said "that is unacceptable" we need to fix that for you. He then told me he had a project being completed in Ramona the next day and he would try and have the guys get right over and fix my patio. He texted me later that day and said the guys would be at our home the next day, which they were. The workman pulled up the pavers, leveled the area, and replace the pavers. They worked most of the day and did a great job. I am commending System Pavers for backing their work and providing outstanding service to their customers. They repaired a patio that they installed ten years ago, without any arguments and did it in one day. That type of service demands a 5 Star review."

"Mark was very personable and understood what I was looking for right from the start.  He is knowledgeable about plants, the proper names and their care.  He wasted no time preparing a rough draft of the design after measuring and getting an idea of the type of plants I was interested in.  He made some suggestions for plants, design and made the yard plans architecturally balanced and pleasing.  From there he added in the specific plants and rock to the plans and came back with another draft to look over and modify as needed (which little modification was needed) before putting the plans on the much larger and very detailed blue print type plan paper.   He provided two copies of the plans so that I could provide one copy to the gardener doing the work or one I could use in the yard as work progressed.  So far the plans have provided a nice foundational type design to work from.  He was also helpful providing the right height of plant, tree, mounding, pathway cover and rock to make this project a success and made recommendations for providers.  He is flexible, easy to communicate with and a joy to work with.  He is also now doing one of my neighbor's yards just down the street.   I would highly recommend his service for anyone who is considering turf removal.  My yard is .72 acres by the way and had over 9,000 square feet of turf to remove, so no small project!! <br /> <br />"

"Richard Osborn is the electrician that took care of my problems. He was able to arrive early for the appointment I made. Richard checked the circuit breakers and found that there was no problem at this time. He checked all of the electrical outlets and switches in all of the areas of the house that were impacted by the power outage. He replaced two light switches. He found a suspect wiring issue in one of the bedrooms light switch and fixed it. He kept me informed and showed me everything he did. Richard is down to earth, friendly and conceisious. I highly recommend Oz Electric and will use their service again for any future needs."

"They provided a generator while the power was off so I could plug in my refrigerator. They were extremely proficient and did the job in one day. The power was off for less than 8 hours. Incrediblly skilled workers. They showed up 10 minutes before they were scheduled, prepared the area for the power company and cleaned up everything outside. They even repaired the stucco. I got other bids for the same work that came in well over $2000.
