"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."

"I usually do not bother writing reviews, nut the experience I had with DrainHelp compelled me to show them by gratitude of the work this Honest man did for us, we have 2 other estimate and sounded high, as we know nothing about the going prices ,I am 62 years old and very careful what we flush , we do not ever pour oil from the pan, ,last time we had this problem was way back like 7 years ago, anyway, My neighbor Jack told me about them and said he found them through Home Advisor and also read the reviews in Yelp and in here,and he said his price was reasonable. and he has very sophisticated Jetting machine that attached to back of his Van, we called him, in Two hours he said but he was ate like 35 minuted , we did not mind, he apologized for it, he is fully equipped as we could see his huge van full of every part he needs was in that Van ,and Jetter he calls it, I am telling you ,that thing was a monster but he managed to bring it from the side ,the sweet guy named Ali is the owner of the company .he said he needed to put a camera to see where the blockages are, that is the only way to concentrate in the area and to make sure it is not a tree root, if it is Jetting would not helped, I agreed to it, since all the lined were backing up. it could be the tree, that was what I thought, Ali put the camera, and showed me that, sure thing it was a root of the tree ,cracked open the pipe, was grown inside, he said he has to dig, Cut and replace and examine the other areas to make sure no more roots or are roots, It took two of his workers 3 days to cut and replace almost all the lines, house is 37 years old. he did a great clean Job, gave us warranty and deducted the Camera charge, free cleaning ,jetting all the unbroken lines, and very good price, he charged me the same price he charged jake 4 years ago. get your estimates but make sure you give him a try also, he will not disappoint you,and he is a funny guy, I can tell he likes his job. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
