They installed a chimney cap, sealed two other old chimney pipes (no longer in use), sealed the stone of the chimney itself and also installed a flexible crown seal. It was more than we thought to have done on the chimney, but the peace of mind is worth it. They finished in about 1.5 hours and did a great job. Would hire again."

"I called this company to receive a quote for chimney cap repairs on a home I was planning to purchase, and was told that a drive-by observation would be completed later that day. It was not, however, and the quote was finally delivered over the phone the next week, after 3 more business days. I requested that I be mailed a written quote that could be submitted to my realtor and attorney, but never received it. The work ended up being completed by the seller before closing, so I did not end up needing to hire a mason to do the repair. While the delay in getting out to the house to estimate the work costs would have been acceptable under normal circumstances, it was a real hindrance to the negotiation process. The most problematic issue was the lack of follow-through with the written estimate.
