"They were right on time..the employees doing the removal of old shrubs got right to work and knew what they were doing. The employee trimming the shrubs seemed not to know how to trim the shrubs. He was working in my line of vision during this time and I could see his work. When he moved away from the immediate visual area he took out his phone and was making phone calls. I had to ask his supervisor to fix the shrub that was not well trimmed., The supervisor was really accomodating and worked on the shrub in question himself, to try to shape it properly. <br /> All in all, outside of the shrub trimmer, they did a good job. <br /> <br />"
