"I seldom ever write evaluations for companies I use to maintain my home's utilities. When I do either, it's to praise the person or the business on their service or to call attention to any faults I've noticed. I needed to schedule an appointment with Tradewind Irrigation LLC setup my system for the winter. I made a phone appointment with someone. The man promptly gave me choices for an appointment and was professional and informed. When the technician arrived, I was surprised to see that it was the same person who had assisted me over the phone. Eric called to check in with me before starting the operation where he introduced himself. He was courteous, friendly, as well as professional. When he arrived, he reviewed his plan of action succinctly and completed it in no time at all. Before leaving, he updated me that everything went smoothly and without any issues. Based on my interaction with Eric, I would like to recommend Tradewind Irrigation LLC which hires some of the best people"

"Reached out to get our gutters cleaned. David was very responsive and offered a reasonable rate. Did the job quickly and thoroughly, sent lots of pictures and video of the finished work. Very satisfied, would definitely recommend"

"

From the moment my husband placed his first call we were impressed by the prompt response.  We have tried other lawn services in the past and had horrible experiences with them either not doing what they said, lawn looking terrible, can't get them on the phone, etc.

So far we are very happy with Turf Masters, we can already see an improvement in our lawn and we have only had (2) applications.  The gentleman we spoke with on the phone from the very beginning was extremely professional, very thorough and very knowledgeable and we felt very confident in hiring them to perform lawn services.  He also mentioned that at any time if we had a problem or was dissatisfied we could call and they would come back right away.  We haven't had to call.

"The service was great, most responsive, very conceirncious, reliable and superb job, respectful team and always willing to help in any way they can. Their entire team from owner to workers are fairly priced and the work that they do are the best in Connecticut."

"Optimist Technician, Jerome McCarter, came out diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He was punctual, professional, thorough and respectful. He also gave me tips on maintenance of the system. I was delighted that he got the system up and running as it was extremely hot in the house. He did a great job."
