"Definitely made the right choice with Perfection Metal Roofing. Had five estimates. Some were higher and some were lower. We were sold on their patented method of attaching the metal to the roof. Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. "I am pleased with the work that the team from Fusion did. They were prompt getting started on the scheduled date, and were on task until the job was completed the next day. The roof looks very good. I will certainly refer anyone that inquires about having work done to contact them. The one critique that I would offer is it did take nearly three weeks to get on the schedule. I know weather was a factor, however communication could have been better. It was difficult to actually speak with anyone about the scheduling. Otherwise it was a good company to work with."

"Tom was extremely responsive, very kind and talked us through the whole process. His crew were very nice and respectful and they worked hard all day long. Weather delays put us a bit behind but the job was done carefully and correctly and looks incredible. No more leaks and it’s like we got a new house! My only disappointment is tiny and that’s that due to the rain our back deck got a bit muddy and was left in this state- it’s only accessible from the inside so I didn’t really expect them to clean it but one of the workers had mentioned wanting to do so but it didn’t happen. This is me nitpicking on the smallest level. I would 100% recommend Tom to do any exterior project and if we ever end up installing skylights he will be our first call."
