"We are first time homebuyers and the house we bought needed a roof I had a few quotes from other companies but just wasn't the right ones. I found American Cool on Angi's list and when Orli reached out she was the only one who wanted to meet at our house to go over what needed to be done she climbed up on the roof and did her thing. That's when I knew we found the right company. American Cool Roofing did an amazing job! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. Orli, the project manager, is truly outstand-ing--professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. You can tell they really care about their customers and treat you like family. I highly recommend American Cool Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and a company that truly puts their clients first! Affordable pricing!"

"The project went even better than I thought it would. We had a hard time finding someone who would work on fixes to existing roof. Most wanted to do full replace. Northern California roofing came very quickly to do estimate and was able to start work on roof within a week. Great turn around. The work was very well done and makes us feel like we have a new roof. Can’t wait for next rain!"

"very good. They were very professional and the work was completed in a very quick and timely manner. They came inspected and gave a quote and came back the next day and completed the work."

"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."

"Owner,Dmitriy is a nice guy but you'll only see him when he presents the contract and for progress payments--not supervising the job. Don't be in a rush to sign the contract.Ask him to leave it with you to read for a day.Be detailed about your expectations-amend if needed to make sure all is clear and all understandings are in writing.CA law allows lesser of $1,000 or 10% total project cost as down payment,no up front material payments allowed till delivered. Do not pay more. You'll deal mostly a project manager -at the job site mostly, but not always.Their "signature method" of installation may not be what you want. There were different workers in and out of rotation and we had to be there every day to make sure installation was done to our liking, otherwise, things were just done and had to be redone later. All the workers were very nice and want to please, but varied in their skill and experience. Caulking and painting was just satisfactory, not their strongest suit. We are left with some ugly areas of caulking that we hope we won't notice as time goes on."

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"Very Good! Honest about the work needed for the roof."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with American Construction and Roofing for a roof replacement, and I cannot express how satisfied I am with their service. Ilan, the project manager, played a crucial role in ensuring the entire process was seamless and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, Ilan demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof, providing detailed explanations of the issues and presenting a comprehensive plan for the replacement. Ilans knowledge instilled confidence in me that I had chosen the right company for the job. The construction teams efficiency was remarkable, completing the project ahead of schedule without compromising on quality. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of their work, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The new roof not only enhances the curb appeal of my home but also provides a sense of security knowing that it was installed with precision and care."
