"On September 03, 2011, I woke up, only to discover a flooded kitchen, from a leaking faucet under my sink. Out of hysteria, and quick thinking, I picked up the phone, and proceeded to call Forever Wood Construction Emergency Hotline. "Both workers visited our house and made measurements for the creation of a railing on the front steps. We paid $1122.76 which is half of the total job cost. The railing requires a customized fabricated end piece, and they told us that it had been ordered. Later, they told us that the customized end piece had arrived. An installation date was set for June 4. On the installation date, the workers did not come. We left multiple messages on the phone box, but there has been no call back."
