"Taylor was phenomenal. I had extensive mold damage from a leak that happened before I owned the home, long story short. After going through multiple other handymen and being asked to donate a kidney to have my kitchen put back together, I reached out to Taylor & explained everything my family had been through up to that point. He very quickly got us an estimate for a much more reasonable price and was able to get us on his books for the very next week. He would’ve done sooner if he could! The repairs were completed quickly, everything looks great, communication has been on point, and he was even mindful of my tenants sleeping babies while he was working. The kitchen looks better than it did before, and the customer service was literally better than I could’ve asked for. Taylor even got the pleasure of speaking with my dad who was actively in dad mode, and if you check off all his boxes, that just says a lot. If you need a handyman, hire Taylor!"

"This remodeling took 3 months and was very extensive due to the kitchen and master bathroom were leveled down to the foundation slab. Everything was replaced in kitchen; lights, electrical sockets removed or changed, flooring, cabinets, all appliances, added trash compactors, painting, replacing baseboards, backsplash tile and mural. Master bathroom included moving a couple walls, lights, electrical sockets removed or changed, flooring, replacing baseboards and adding quarter-round, changing ceiling texture, and painting. I mention this list (which isn't comprehensive) to give you an idea of the extensive amount of work. This is important because I have a very keen eye for the quality of a contractor's work, due to my skills, and I used to be in the contracting business for a short time many years ago. My observations are to make sure all work agreed on and changes are in writing, because it will help everyone involved agree to the work required. We disagreed on a few changes, but Jimmie was professional and we came to an understanding that worked for us both. If your work is a major project like mine was then expect delays like I did. He expected 6-8 weeks and it took 11 weeks. That's not bad. We had to find another tile crew which is what delayed the project. That's not Jimmie's fault, but every contractor needs to have other people to call to pick up the slack. The quality of the work IS top quality, He is respectful and do clean up there daily trash. The painting is great if Brian does that work. Lastly, they DO show up to do repairs after the work is done, but it may take a couple requests to pin down a time. That's really good when they're backed up several months like everyone."
