"We hired Florida Intracoastal Builders to repair damage after Hurricane Ian. They resided the house and repaired drywall damage on the interior. They are very versatile and will tackle tough jobs. Their workmanship is top notch. Duke and his crew did a great job and they really pay attention to details. They are great about answering calls and returning calls... very responsive. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the quality of work and professionalism of this team."

"Hired for vinyl siding repair and power washing house. Fast, fair price, excellent work, and easy to deal with. I would hire this contractor again."

"We ordered the pad, they sent us a kit to create the template used to make the pad. Was easy to use and sent it back. A few weeks later the pad came and fit perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied."

"Allen and his crew arrived actually a few minutes early to begin work.  Our condominium storage room was a disaster after the massive floods of April 29, 2014.  They removed all tools, boxes of lighting and landscaping supplies, extra fence rails and lumber, and metal shingles from the room and began work.  They installed metal shelving  on 2 walls, installed tool and ladder hanging equipment throughout, and they also built a wooden frame hanging from the ceiling and back wall to hold odd pieces of lumber, replacement 8-foot fence rails and the like.  They re-placed all our items in the new storage room in a very organized and user-friendly fashion. They constructed a 1-1/4" high support system to hold metal shingles, getting them off the concrete floor and out of the way.  They hung metal shelving in our electrical room for more storage.  They made excellent use of much previously wasted space.
These gentlemen worked steady and very hard in 100+ degree heat, did an exceptional job for us in just over 5 hours.  Did I mention that the cost actually came in more than $50 under budget?!!  (Allen's quote was very fair to begin with!)  We are very pleased with Allen and his team, and will definitely call on them for future projects. We definitely recommend Allen's Home and Rental Repairs.

"The work done was high quality and on budget, highly recommended. Joe worked closely with us to keep costs low and create a plan for completing the repairs on time"

"Folkers Window Company used Steve and his company to perform some difficult drywall repairs and painting. He helped us with some types of work that we do not perform. Top notch work and great responsiveness. I highly recommend A Magician's Construction & Drywall."

"Two painters arrived on time. One of the painters apparently used mud to fix any holes but didn't sand prior to painting. I had to have one of the owners return to fix a section of wall and repair a hole under one of the windows. The owners were very good about making things right."

"Randall and Aimee were great to work with, and their crew did an outstanding job on two fronts.  I first had them replace and repair a roof for a small rental house that we own in Mobile.  The tenant had complained of leaking during the heavy rains we had in May, 2014.  They were prompt to respond to my request for a quote, and originally gave a time estimate of 10 days to two weeks to start, since the recent weather (and positive Angie's List recommendations) had given them plenty of recent business.  A few days later, I got a call from Aimee, "pick a color - we're going to do your job tomorrow, and we're picking up materials today!" Since mine was a "small" job - the house is <800 sq. feet - they picked it up "between jobs".  Their crew uncovered some major rot in the old roof, but repaired it better than new and finished the job early in the same afternoon!
We were so impressed with the work, we had them give me a quote on our residence in Foley.  The roof was overdue for replacement, and there was some rot in some of the fascia and eaves.  They bid the roof and fascia repair for a very reasonable amount, and work began promptly within about 10 days - still under their "two week" estimate.  They had stated that the job would take "about two and a half days", but by the end of the first day when I looked at the house with all of the fascia pulled off and the roof stripped, I though "no way are they going to get done on time!"  I was wrong - they were done exactly as soon as Randall said they would be.  The repairs were swift, complete, and fully up-to-code requirements for Baldwin County.  Best of all, it looks FANTASTIC!  Their crew was thorough, professional, courteous, and took care to inconvenience us as little as possible.
THANK YOU, Randall and Aimee!  It was a pleasure doing business with you.

"Lewis was professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. He answered any questions I had, suggested things that would prevent other problems, and helped me with other improvements I was working on. My phone calls were either answered or returned within the hour. Anything I pointed out was taken care of. Prep work began 3 days after our initial meeting and painting soon followed. All work was done by Lewis with some prep work and painting done by Buddy. I had other contractors working in my home, and Lewis and Buddy worked around them. I am very happy with the results and would definitely hire HCP again.
