Robert was sympathetic to the problems that I was experiencing at Lowe’s and agreed to help me right away. He came out the very next week and installed my windows. The next week he had one of his employees come out and do the wrapping. He even matched the price I already had! My install date for Lowe’s is January 22. I was told I couldn’t schedule a date for wrapping until the install was done. Which would have been another 6 weeks! Thank God I found Robert! The house is a flip and I was desperate! "Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.
