Andrew re-did the entire thing and corrected issues where it attached to the house as necessary. He made extra sure that it was safe for dogs, someday's grandkids and that it will last a life-time. After the deck, we hired Andrew again to fix a rotted section of our sunroom's roof. He re-routed the gutters, replaced the sheeting, shingles and soffit. It's perfect !
