"Very well. It was obvious early on that a repair wasn't possible. Harold didn't push me to replace more than I needed and worked with me to find the best replacement match possible. This was tricky because the original brand is now out of business. But he looked at all options, even calling Hunter Douglas twice to check on some details that I never even thought of. While I was warned that some orders were taking up to 8 weeks to be filled, mine was ready in 1 week. Harold came and installed the new blind and you'd never know it was a replacement for a different brand. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises."

"The owner, Kevin McCann, agreed to help me out. When the original cladding was removed, the wood was in perfect condition. No discoloration or mold. This is a true testament to the skill of the crew who originally installed the windows and cladding. The installer showed up on time and re-clad the windows. The only glitch is that he was given the wrong color aluminum which delayed the project until we could locate a similar color. Good job as always."
