They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. I retract a review I previously submitted for The Plumbing Doctor.  What could be considered a miscommunication was overcome in a short time.  John contacted me to make up for the mis-happenings by providing is service complimentary, and I was open to regain the trust that was lost.  We spoke over the phone and scheduled a time for him to come out to my apartment and finalize the few items I had on a punch list that I was needed for a bathroom makeover to be complete (reinstall toilet, shower trim and hook up sink faucet).  He was prompt, and very courteous and even came back a second time to see the work through to its completion.  The Plumbing Doctor is a service that I was grateful of being introduced to through Angie's List.

"The jobs went very well. Gus arrived on time, replaced screens quickly and cleanly inside our home on a tarp, and also replaced two broken hinges on a kitchen cabinet. Both jobs were completed in the estimated time and the price was exactly as quoted beforehand."

On day of repair, they were on time and kept everything nice and clean during the replacement process. "It was great!  They did an excellent job.  They were very careful to not destroy the yard except where they had to dig.  They had to bring a back hoe into my back yard and the run to the storm sewer was quite a distance.  It took a while to get scheduled because of weather and emergencies that they had, but I was ok with that since mine was not time critical.  I was very impressed that they layed down  plastic to put the dirt they dug up on so that it didn’t mess up more of the yard.  The guys were very professional and friendly.  I have had this project done 2 other times since I have lived in the house 12 years.  I told them this and they took it to heart and did everything they could  (larger pipe, etc.) to ensure I would never have to have this done again.  I wish I had had these people do the job the first time.  I feel very confident that the job was done right!"

"Outstanding! Tony was able to come to the condo within the hour. He had the missing part and explained what he needed to do and the charges before the work was started. He replaced the valve in quick order (allowing the water to be turned on in the condo) and when he was done, he further clarified what needed to be done to replace the trim kit and provided some options to reduce the overall cost by finding us replacement parts on line. In the end, he saved us an additional $160 by sending us to Home Depot for the new part."
