The communication was excellent as well. We had a pretty good rain on the first day and his crew did not come out due to it being too wet to dig. Kevin contacted me ahead of time to tell me they would reschedule for later in the week. They held to that promise. Kevin met with me after the install and showed me how to work the control box and make sure all of my questions were answered. I held off writing this review until spring of the following year. I was really concerned due to the really cold weather that we had during the winter that I would have issues with broken pipes. I tested all of the sprinklers in March and everything worked great. I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a quality irrigation system installed."

Apparently, years ago, a different contractor had installed the cheapest values on the system, and had not installed them according even to that manufacturers specifications. James replaced all the valves. He kept me informed throughout the process. He stuck with the day-long job and did not run off to some other job site. Days later he came out and re-inspected all his work to assure the leaks had been fixed. <br /> He is very professional, pleasant, and competent.
