"The gas control valve on our water heater finally bit the dust on a Friday afternoon. I knew it would be difficult to get someone out before Monday morning but the staff at Advent assured me that they could get someone out by Saturday morning to replace it. Only few minutes later, I was called and informed that a plumber was on his way right then to take a look. He arrived at 4:50 pm, evaluated the problem, and arranged for the correct part to be purchased in the morning and it was fixed by 12:30 pm Saturday. Even better, the staff at Advent helped us determine that the part was still under warranty which halved the final cost.
