"I had C&M Plumbing Bartlesville OK come to my home on Jan 26 2022 to swap out a gas log in my fireplace that I had purchased at Lowes. They got to my house at 12:01 and presented me with a bill for $289 at 12:25! I tried to question the plumber about the over charge but all to no effect. I pad way to much for a job that should have been handles in a trip charge/service call. I FEEL RIPPED OFF! Never again."

"They replaced a bathroom sink but then the next day a guy came out because there was still a leak. He was there maybe 5 minutes and said it was fixed. It was a spare bathroom so I didn't check it but had company come 4 weeks later and it was still leaking under the sink - he never fixed it. I called and was told they would be out the next day, they never showed up so no respect for customers or keeping their word. Would not ever use them again."
