"I can't say enough about the incredible job that Mr. Norkus and his crew did with replacing my gutters, repairing the fascia board, and capping all the exterior wood trim. It looks incredible!! Mr. Norkus was thorough and professional from the initial estimate to the final inspection of the work that he and his crew performed. He explained every step of the process, He was patient with me and responsive to my questions. He made recommendations that I hadn't thought of and explained both the pros and cons of one aspect of the work that I had requested. I can't thank him enough for the job that he did. Finally, when I received the final bill it was less than the original estimate. Mr. Norkus explained to me that the original estimate included the cost of replacement of 100' of fascia board, but that he only needed to replace 70' of fascia. Thorough, professional, and honest. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting.
