Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. The handoff to each project manager was smooth, we had folks come out in advance to measure and inspect the project area, on the day of each project manager visited the house and/or contacted us throughout the day to check on things and see if we had questions, and the workmen themselves were friendly and professional. We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. These guys fell short of a one day delivery but showed up in a timely manner to work on a Saturday to get it done. One word of advice. A re-shingle is a messy job. Expect there to be some waist in the yard. No mater who you hire or what they promise. It is impossible to get it all."

"I had my roof replaced by Peak Custom Remodeling in November of 2020, and they did an outstanding job. The salesman who came to my home initially was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the exact benefits of the product he was selling and of using their company without applying any pressure. The roofers themselves were efficient and professional. They showed up early and had my roof completed within about a half day. I had asked ahead of time that the company tell their roofers to please be extra careful about picking up degree such as nails. I am blind, and I would have trouble seeing that kind of thing. I was told they would make an extra pass. They did an outstanding job on that too; I haven't found a single nail or other debree in my yard. Finally, the manager who called to enquire whether I was happy with the work was friendly and interested in whether I was completely satisfied, as was the gentlemen who came out to do the final inspection of the work. IN addition to doing a good job on the work itself, this company went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied as a customer. They did the extra cleanup pass as I mentioned. They also did several other little things that, while not strictly required, made a big difference to me as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. Over all, I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a new roof."
