When getting an estimate from Certified, Tom explained the process and the recommended roofing system in great detail. He also responded to my follow up questions quickly. The team who replaced my roof worked quickly and did a good job of cleaning up after they completed the work. I received pictures of the roof after the work was completed. "Mikey and Chris did an exemplary job! They arrived on time after calling me to advise their estimated arrival time. They did some minor repairs on my roof (eliminating some nail pops; added caulking around flashing, and sealed a seam that had never been properly sealed on my two-year old roof) to prevent future leaks, cleaned all my gutters, and installed two splash guards to help reduce my water runoff problem during severe rainstorms. They also provided a comprehensive photo album of my roof showing it's current condition and the "before and after" of each repair that they made.
