"Milton Roofing Arrived on time, climbed the roof, found the area where the shingles where wind blown off, explained what had to be done, quoted me a reasonable price so i told him to fix it. It was late in the day so I assumed the work would be completed the following day. No he said it may rain, New shingles (matching !!!!) were installed, everything cleaned up. They did some minor repairs on my roof (eliminating some nail pops; added caulking around flashing, and sealed a seam that had never been properly sealed on my two-year old roof) to prevent future leaks, cleaned all my gutters, and installed two splash guards to help reduce my water runoff problem during severe rainstorms. They also provided a comprehensive photo album of my roof showing it's current condition and the "before and after" of each repair that they made.
