"The crew did a great job at minimizing collateral damage and the clean up was very good. All the dead limbs that had been identified several weeks earlier were removed. The cherry tree ended up being too dangerous to climb so it was stump cut and placed in such a way that nothing was damaged in the effort. I have used Cory and his crew several times in the past and they are our go to tree service provider."

"Communication was poor. Work was done over three days, but the team would show up and leave without any warning or notification. I was right inside the house. Equipment was in our driveway while they worked, which was reasonable, but it would have been nice to be asked about that first, because it meant my car was stuck in the garage the whole time. (I suppose, to be fair, communication was pretty poor with almost all the people we contacted about quotes for this job.) They didn't even notify us when they were done, just mailed an invoice. A message about wanting to pay with credit card was not returned, finally found out they don't take credit card, even though it shows they do here and on their website (they did apologize for this). As for the work itself, they did a decent job removing the tree. They damaged a plant in the front yard and made one or two deep divots in the lawn, but that's probably to be expected. They ground out 95% of the stump and hauled away the excess mulch. Ultimately they got the job done at a competitive price during a busy season, but they won't be our go-to providers for future work."

Jimmy came out to do the quote, we walked the property and he told me exactly what would be done with each tree.   I appreciated this as the other companies I contacted came out and did a walk around and left the quote and did not know which trees I needed service on. I was not aware when they actually did the quote.  One of the estimated was for almost 3 times the amount of Jimmy's quote.

Jimmy did the actually trimming and his crew was great to work with.   They did an excellent job on the trees and everything was cleaned up afterward.  Their price was very reasonable for the work they did. 

I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

"Our volunteer fire department was confronted with a hollow tree on fire during a woods/field fire. The tree was about 4 feet across, rotting, and on fire at the top and bottom. We called Duncans Tree Service and they came out in the dark within 1/2 hour of the call and cut down that flaming torch which was then extinguished. We were very happy with their quick service! Matt Harden immediately took care of scheduling the repairs and promptly paying the vendors without any haggling/hassling. Peggy, the owner, has been a real professional to deal with. They will not be mowing after this season, so we'll need that service supplied by another vendor."
