"Beware........ stay away....... save your self the headache.........this is Florida Where to begin, the service has been horrible. I got my shower installed in Dec of 2024, and I'm still trying to get my shower fixed properly. There is a list of things wrong with my shower, 1. A drippng shower head for over 4 weeks(that was told was normal by Joe that they came out 4 times, to so call fix it. He blew in the head of the shower and put it back on instead of replacing the valve like I told them in the beginning.) FINALLY FIXED 2. Water pooling in the left front corner of my shower (still not fixed yet) 3. Sliocone caulking coming off, still not fixed yet ( I was told don't worry about it it won't go behind the wall. 4. Doors are off set there is a gap in the wall( I was told it my existing wall not the wall that they put up, yet there is a gap in the framing.) 5. My doors were put in backwards, so when Joe fixed it he added more scratches to the base of my floor to match the other ones"

"Unique Bath did a renovation of our guest bathroom and, while the job was performed in a timely and, generally, acceptable manner, they have been unresponsive to multiple communications after the job was completed and paid in full. The project required some sheet rock work, because a smaller medicine cabinet was installed, which was done poorly. We did not see the extent of the problem until after we repainted the wall a week after the project was completed. Unique has not responded to our complaint. Overall, the renovations were done to our specifications but the failure to be responsive after the fact and speak to us to assess the problem and correct the poorly installed sheetrock is troubling."
