I chose and purchased the new tile. Old shower floor was removed and a new one was installed. Wall tile, shower pan liner, untouched. He was able to do it hassle free which was very important for me. His employee, Justin, arrived on time, answered questions, protected the rest of the home's floor and made sure job was not messy. He worked steadily and was very well mannered.
