"This father and son team were awesome. Were so happy with our floor. Canâ t say enough about their work. Working on a 200+ year old floor was not easy but took great care and understood what I wanted. Thanks again! One happy customer and would highly recommend ð ð"

"I can not speak highly enough of Alex, Dimitry, and David. They are artists who do an amazing job and charge a very fair price. We have a 1754 house, so nothing is simple. We asked them to refinish the flooring that we had in the great room. I have just completed renovating and wanted to have the 1950's floors refinished. Maybe someday we will put period flooring in, but for now, we just wanted the floor that we have to match the renovation. They blew us away with their quality and attention to detail. Alex was very patient with us and explained the whole process. In three days, our floor went from beat-up to beautiful. We were so impressed with their work, that we had them restore the historical plank floors that we have upstairs in our hallway and in one bedroom. They far exceeded what they did downstairs. I told Alex, my only regret is that we could not take the upstairs floors and bring them downstairs. We will be hiring them for all of our future flooring work."

"We feel fortunate to have found John Robbins Flooring on Angi. From the first conversation with John’s wife Charlotte, we felt well taken care of. We knew we wanted to replace carpet with hardwood floors, but that was about it. When we met John, we knew immediately that he was the one to hire. This man knows his stuff! John and Ray did an incredible job installing our floors, paying attention to every detail. They are true craftsmen and a pleasure to do business with. If you want to hire the best to install your hardwood floors, we highly recommend John Robbins flooring."

"Did a great job on the floors. Was not pleased with how they prepped the house for sanding. Did not cover shelving, cabinets and appliances very well. I would suggest overseeing the covering of everything prior to sanding."

"Excellent Installers. Did a thorough job. They provided us a lot of tips into keeping new floor clean. Assisted us a little in putting back the heavy equipment properly. Enjoyed the fact you can pay in installments with no interest for 1 yr. The project went ahead of schedule- which was helpful. 2 day project finished in 1 day. 2nd day came for quick and final inspection."

"Very professional. Installed a floating vinyl floor in the basement. Looks great."

"I would have put 4 stars because, although the floors were done beautifully, there was some lousy communication during the process. The crew was supposed to be completely done by Thursday, so I started going about my day in the house on Friday and was unpleasantly surprised to see them show up to "finish". They also left a giant pile of trash on my lawn after completing the job (not just sawdust which I expected, but a pile of carpet padding which was not from my house). It was difficult to get in touch with anyone to get answers for a few days over the weekend. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is that, when I finally did get a response, I talked directly with Marteen the CEO, who was very apologetic about the trash and lack of communication regarding the crew's need for an extended timeline, and came by to remove the trash himself. He checked in afterwards to make sure I felt better about the whole experience. The crew actually did an amazing job on the floors and they look brand new, I just wish their mindfulness and communication during the job was a bit better. So what would have been 4 stars is definitely 5, and Marteen's effort is the reason. I've been recommending TLC since. If you want your hardwood floors to look amazing without paying through the roof, TLC is the place to go."

"I needed to have the old flooring removed and the new flooring put down. They team was very professional. They realized the subflooring was messed up in a section and made sure to stop and communicate so the job can be doone correctly. I appreciated that factor and was able to approve a replacement of the messed up board the great thing was they were still able to finish the job in the time frame they originally stated! I plan to use them for all jobs moving forward. Priced fair, quality work, and friendly and professional!"

"I hired AGW to install/refinish downstairs floors last year. They did a fantastic job - 5 stars. This year I had them install/refinish upstairs floors and I'm happy to say their work, communication, cleanliness, and customer service are still 5 star. Don't hesitate hiring Armand and his team for any flooring work - you'll be happy you did!!!"

"Marcos and his team did an amazing job in my home. I had new flooring put in on my first floor and my wood railing refinished. I am extremely happy with their work and would highly, highly recommend them for any flooring or wood refinishing project you are looking to do."
