"Hoosier drain is a great company with very reasonable prices! We lost our pressure due to an old pump, and when it couldn’t be replaced they worked fast to get our new well drilled. Hoosier drain even provided us with a temporary fix by dropping a new pump on our old pump until they were able to get drillers out with no extra charge. We were given estimates day 1 and had no surprises at all on the cost. Dave and his team (Matt, Baylon, Damon and more), were very educated and made sure to explain everything clearly so we understood each step and could make educated decisions on how to proceed. They used a third party for drilling, yet still helped fill the holes the drilling truck made- again without even being asked. They also brought out tools to the drilling company to trim the trees so that we could get the new well drilled asap. Super thankful we utilized this company and would recommend them again and again! Dave personally was made available anytime as well. 10/10"

"Four men arrived early and went right to work. All insulation was pulled out, bagged and taped and hauled away. They came back for day 2 and spread the plastic, stone, installed new sump pump, dug the pipe line for the french drain, and replaced sod back in the ground over the pipe. They finished midday and cleaned everything up. We were very impressed with their work ethic. Kudos to them!"

"Shannon was punctual, very respectful of all of our questions. He did not rush us in any way. He was very knowledgeable and took many pictures and explained, so we could understand, what was needed and why. He sent a text the day prior to starting the job, letting me know what time he would arrive. He was there at that time, and kept us informed of what was going throughout the entire process. He would even let us know when they were leaving for lunch and when they returned each day. He estimated the job to take 3-4 days and it was completed in that time frame. They leveled the ground, removed all trash and cleaned up very nicely. The estimate given was the exact amount charged. He again took pictures of the finished progress and answered all of my questions. He took the time to show me a problem area on my porch that needed caulking or mortar to prevent water getting in under the house. He even hooked up some ducts that had come loose, at no additional charge. He also repaired part of a seal plate that wasn't on the estimate. He definitely went above and beyond, for sure! He offers a veterans discount and respects and honors our nations heros, as they deserve! I wish more businesses would do this! I will definitely hire Shannon again if I need any further work. "Mike Craw came with someone he was training.  They arrived on time, took up the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and then raised and leveled the toilet.  Our pipes are old so he explained that eventually the pipes would probably have to be replace because of corrosion but that it could wait.  He then cleaned out the main drain from the toilet which greatly improved the flushing capacity.  I would definitely use Craw Plumbing again."

"Environmental Testing & Research Laboratories, Inc. sent a package with 2 vials and instructions for collecting the samples.  I collected the samples as instructed, completed a questionnaire, and returned the sample vials as instructed.  A week or two later they sent the analysis.  Everything went as expected.  There were no problems. <br />"

"Great! They are always reliable. I had been using a different contractor previously who could never seem to get repairs right, often having to come back 3 or 4 times for the same repair to be fixed. I called DB and they corrected the work for me on the first try. They have reasonable prices, friendly staff, and if for some reason they cant assist you, they can direct you to someone who can. I would highly recommend them to others."
